I received answers to all my questions from Bartex support via email before making a deposit. Meanwhile, I was left alone with my problems after replenishing my account. When I lost 20% of my funds due to incorrect quotes, I decided to withdraw my money, but I couldn’t do it. The fact is that the withdrawal simply freezes, then the page refreshes, but the money still remains in the account. And so it is every time! In general, experienced traders warned me that this could happen if the broker is little known. However, I still wanted to believe that I would succeed on bartex.io. Meanwhile, this change in loyalty happened very abruptly — literally in one day. I should note that at first I didn’t look at the Internet, but now I see that there are no customer reviews there at all, and there are a lot of positive promotional articles. I literally saw 2-3 comments about Bartex from users, but I didn’t pay much attention to it at first. Well, what can I do? This will be a lesson to me for the future.

In any case, I don’t have to contact support very often. I don’t know anyone who calls every day 😀 The Bartex broker works through its own terminal, but everything there is exactly the same as in the classic MetaTrader or Webtrader. If you have worked with any terminal before, you will have no trouble understanding the functionality of this platform. I spoke with the company manager and didn’t like his offer at all. The minimum deposit of $10K is already bad. In addition, there is no license, no ECN accounts, and they don’t offer a referral program or demo accounts. Although there is training available on bartex.io, this is nothing special, as most brokerage services offer it today. In other words, the company has no competitive advantage.

Moreover, there are several reviews and quite a few comments on the Internet about a company with the exact same name, Bartex, but the information about the company, phone numbers, and website design are different. It is unclear what happened there; perhaps it is the same company, or maybe one broker is trying to disguise itself as another. Of course, I do not consider them as an option for cooperation. I have many questions, but I did not find any answers on bartex.io. I am convinced that this intermediary is similar to a criminal company, and it all smacks of fraud. I would like to add that I have already conducted similar experiments, and they ended badly for my wallet.

If you like the trading conditions, you just need to contact the managers for more detailed information, they will tell you everything. I would like to note that this broker is not bad. I can’t say that they offer anything particularly original, but on the contrary, they simply provide good, stable access to trading. Moreover, the Bartex terminal is suitable for continuous work. I would recommend it to beginners, as the conditions are just right, but the high entry threshold may scare you off. However, I started working on bartex.io without much experience, but I gradually learned everything and am now satisfied with my income level.

I was expecting quick support from this broker, but the managers drag their feet when problems arise. The system gives an error, and they tell me, “Sorry, we’re fixing it.” It becomes ridiculous; traders have to sit and wait while their money simply burns.
