BoForex
Company Background
The company does not disclose the launch date of its online service, the footer only indicates 2025. Besides, its website does not contain any facts about the company’s history, names of the owners and team members. According to the site’s information, the company is based in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines but serves clients from over 180 countries. However, the firm does not display a single copy of its license, even the one it claims to have from the local offshore regulator. As for the domain, it was only registered in April 2025. In our BoForex review, we will examine the trading conditions and the legality of the broker’s operations.
Overview of Services and Trading Terms
BoForex Company LTD claims that its offices are located around the world and that its clients have executed more than 91 million trades, with a monthly volume exceeding $140 billion. Meanwhile, the broker does not confirm its statistics with any financial reports or other documents.
When it comes to trading, there are three types of accounts to choose from with over 200 instruments, including CFDs on currencies, stocks, and commodities. It should be noted that BoForex requires a minimum deposit of $100 from its clients, promising zero commission and swap-free trading. The spread size depends on the tariff level and its minimum is reduced from 2.0/0.6/0.4 points, but the upper limit is not specified. However, the huge leverage of up to 1:2000 indicates a lack of serious regulation of BoForex’s activities.
In addition, the company promises access to educational services, news, and trading signals. Finally, support is available on weekdays and in more than 20 languages.
Referral and Bonus Schemes
BoForex has an affiliate program, but it only offers rewards in the form of a credit bonus. Participants will receive 5% of the amount of the first deposit made by referrals.
In addition, the broker offers a 35% bonus when making a deposit of at least $500. This promotion started on May 1, 2025, and may be terminated at any time. Please note that these bonuses are only intended to support margin trading and cannot be withdrawn. Moreover, even a small withdrawal, for example, $1, will result in the cancellation of the entire bonus.

1 review04.09.2025 05:44I should have used my brain earlier
I invested $2,300, thinking that at least I could earn something on Forex. At first, BoForex behaved like an honest broker, but when it came to withdrawing funds, the money disappeared and the broker’s representative vanished 🙁 I feel like I just threw my money in the trash.

1 review30.08.2025 00:56I regret trusting these scammers
Have you heard of “masked robbers”? Well, BOFOREX are robbers without masks. They masterfully cleaned out my accounts without even apologizing. One day, I logged into my account and found it empty. No one is responding to my inquiries, and the $3,200 is no longer mine…

1 review26.08.2025 12:43THIS IS DEFINITELY A SCAM!!!!
I wanted to close my account and withdraw all the money from my deposit, and to this day I am still waiting for the withdrawal of $487, even though it has been 4 months and they still cannot transfer it to my crypto wallet! Would a normal company appropriate other people’s money under the pretext of additional customer checks? I don’t think so!

1 review26.08.2025 06:38Another scam
My God, this is another offshore dump😮 What can you earn here???!! Go trade at regular financial brokers instead of giving your money to fictional characters who register their scams in the Grenadines.

1 review24.08.2025 19:36There are several reasons why you should not trade here
First, this forex broker is not regulated in any way, although it claims otherwise. This is easy to check: go to the official website of your country’s regulatory authority and enter the company name — you will find nothing. And if the broker is not in the registry, it means that it does not have a license and is operating illegally. Second, BoForex has been operating for too short a time. Their domain was only registered in 2025. In other words, this “broker” has only been around for a few months, which means it would be naive to rely on its reliability. Thirdly, this intermediary operates according to the classic B-book scheme. This means that all transactions are processed within the platform, and the broker earns money from its clients’ losses. As a result, it is unprofitable for a trader to work on boforex.com, which means that trading here is a direct path to losing money.

1 review16.08.2025 00:51Terrible withdrawal
I’ve been trading for 2 months now, and I can see that they really do delay withdrawals. In addition, I recently found out that this broker manipulates quotes. Unfortunately, I’ve already lost $768 due to terminal manipulation, but now I’m going to do something about it. Of course, I definitely can’t stay here!!!

1 review13.08.2025 10:56THIEVES, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!
At first, they lured me in with their bonuses and beautiful promises. I invested $5,500 in them because I believed I could make money. And then one day they blocked my account…

1 review27.07.2025 13:40I still haven't found their license
Honestly, this broker is useless. They say they operate in Europe, but for some reason, when I visit the websites of EU regulators trying to find at least some confirmation that this is indeed a legitimate broker, I can’t find any evidence of this. So how can BOFOREX claim to be operating legally? Where are the other European documents? Okay, forget about global operations, there is an offshore broker who doesn’t care about licenses and can operate without them in many countries. However, there must be regulation in Europe, right? In short, this issue bothered me, and I wanted to bring it to the attention of other people so that they would know that BOFOREX is not what it claims to be.

1 review24.07.2025 10:58This is a fake broker
Many dubious intermediaries on the Internet are actually anonymous scammers. They create offshore companies and websites to deceive people. Many of these sites look literally identical and are most likely run by the same people. In order to look respectable, they may claim to protect deposits with cryptocurrency, but in reality, Boforex uses old crypto wallets that were once active, passing them off as their own. All of this is part of a single fraudulent scheme aimed at swindling money from customers. This company uses exactly this type of scam, as I have seen for myself, but my losses amount to only $100, so be careful with boforex.com

1 review15.07.2025 08:58Good platform
The spreads are nice, and the price is low, so overall, the trading parameters here are quite adequate. In all the time I’ve been trading with BOFOREX, I haven’t seen anything suspiciously bad or serious here. Sometimes something freezes, but that’s normal, and it’s even good because it shows that the service is alive. Because if nothing slowed down or froze, it would be a sign that I was trading in some kind of simulation and alone, since everything would be going perfectly. Overall, everything is fine, you can safely work on boforex.com, where there is risk management, etc.

1 review27.06.2025 20:43The company cares about its clients and helps them trade correctly.
There are currently many brokerage companies on the market, each trying to attract clients. However, I would recommend paying attention to Boforex. For example, their trading platform is quite convenient, but I would like to highlight one of the key aspects—analytics. Customers always have access to the most important financial news, as well as forecasts and analytical materials. Moreover, the company’s specialists help to respond correctly to market events in order to minimize risks and find opportunities for earning in any market conditions. Thanks to this, traders have every chance to competently build a strategy and adapt to the situation, which makes cooperation with boforex.com truly profitable.

1 review24.06.2025 15:23Problems with withdrawing money
I am currently having problems withdrawing money — can anyone advise me on what to do? I cannot contact Boforex support. I wrote to them by email, but did not receive a response. In addition, I cannot find my manager anywhere. Is there a link to his colleagues’ social media accounts so I can contact them? Otherwise, it will cost me $2,800. I don’t want to lose that kind of money. At first glance, boforex.com seems like a decent website. At least, that’s how it was at first.

1 review24.06.2025 03:14Avoid this platform
I can’t say that the broker is 100% a scam, but they are very close to it. It’s clear that they have constraints, but they manipulate quotes and the terminal, that’s for sure, because I asked them for the quote history for the last month, and they made it clear to me that this is confidential information for clients and they don’t provide it. Moreover, even the British regulator was unable to confirm its cooperation with this company in the Forex market.
