I traded with this broker and everything was fine until I accumulated a large amount and decided to withdraw it. The amount was $2,600. I sent a withdrawal request to Galaxygroup operators, but I never received the money. Although the rules of procedure state that it takes 1 day to confirm and withdraw funds. In the end, my request was rejected without explanation after a week. Then I started corresponding with customer support, and these employees couldn’t explain anything to me. I should note that they strung me along for another week, and I received the money from Galaxygroup in four separate transfers… This is unacceptable!

Indeed, I was very surprised when I first received a drawdown on pairs with the dollar, on those trading orders with those currencies that I was already used to working with and had previously earned steadily, but only on other platforms. And only when I tried to trade on galaxygroup.io did I lose $510 on the USDCHF pair, and then there was a loss of $2,400 in relation to the dollar and the British pound. It turned out that it was simple—these guys are wiping out their clients’ deposits, especially those who have invested large sums in the system, i.e., $10,000 or more.

I really didn’t like working with this broker because I invested a large amount of money for myself, $6,000, and then I ended up in the hospital due to a car accident. Obviously, my account was abandoned for quite a long time on galaxygroup.io, but I didn’t want to waste time, so while still in the hospital, I signed up for free trading courses on my smartphone and hoped to start trading with new energy and knowledge on my home PC after discharge. However, when I returned home, I discovered that I could not log into my GalaxyGroup account. Therefore, I registered a new account and contacted technical support. The operators informed me that my old account was inactive, as a result it had been archived!! They explained that this clause is included in the Agreement, which all clients are asked to read when registering. It turned out that it was impossible to unarchive the account, and all bonuses were burned, and some huge penalty was charged for non-working orders! This means that now I can only trade from my new account. No, I will not repeat my mistake again!!!

I struggled with this platform for three weeks; there is no other way to describe it. The terminal immediately began to slow down after the first closed trade with real money, which began to bother me, since everything was perfect on the demo account. In addition, the trading opportunities turned out to be limited on MT5 and worse than those of other brokers, so I had to leave. I should note that you won’t be able to trade bitcoins on their terms; it’s impossible, as hidden commissions will reduce all your profits. Run away from them as fast as you can.

Just recently, I had a plan that I wanted to put into action by investing money in this company. However, my trader friends told me a lot of things I didn’t know, including the schemes used by the GalaxyGroup project administration to openly withdraw deposits from client accounts. Only then did I realize that I simply did not want to sit and wait for these crooks to take all my money. Therefore, I decided not to invest in trading on galaxygroup.io. After all, I had seen the negative experience of those who invested 5K euros here but ended up bankrupt. Unfortunately, these are scammers who use the B-book order execution model.
