Company Background

Garda Asset Management offers over 100 assets for trading. Notably, the website states a foundation date of 2011, but judging from online reviews, it’s unlikely that the firm has existed for so long, and the domain was registered only on October 31, 2023. Even more interesting and suspicious is the complete lack of information about the company’s activities, including no mention of a license, founders’ names, jurisdiction, office addresses, and business model. It’s clearly visible that the organization follows a policy of total secrecy.

Overview of Services and Trading Terms

Garda Asset Management believes that the path to wealth lies through hard work and dedication to one’s cause, so the broker offers its clients assistance from experts, regular market updates, the creation of a personal investment portfolio, and other trading options.

It is a CFD broker, so trading is carried out only with this type of instrument. There’s no need to dream about spot and futures assets, as they are not available in Garda Asset Management. Over 100 assets of various market classes are available:

  • Forex.
  • Commodities.
  • Indices.
  • Stocks.
  • Crypto.
The company hardly discloses details regarding trading conditions. A minimum of 250 euros is required to start trading, and no demo account is offered. Garda Asset Management promises traders zero spreads, but the reality of this claim is unknown. Meanwhile, there’s no mention of commissions, hinting at a dealing desk business model.

Judging by the trading platform and personal account, the maximum leverage is 1:200 for Forex, with less for other assets. Mandatory verification is required to gain access to deposit replenishment.

Referral and Bonus Schemes

The company encourages traders who attract new clients. For this purpose, Garda Asset Management has developed a partnership program. A referral link can be obtained in the personal account. However, the conditions regarding the partnership program are unknown. Additionally, the broker offers deposit bonuses with specific rules: the bonus can be withdrawn after a turnover exceeding 40 times the bonus amount is achieved. The firm also attracts new users with additional services, such as training, loyalty programs, analytics, and more.

FAQ

Is there any income guarantee when trading with gardahf.com?

No specific figures for potential earnings are mentioned, but the firm talks about its interest in client income. Margin trading has no income ceiling, depending on market liquidity, the investor's trading capital, and risk management. However, there are no guarantees.

What sum is necessary to begin dealing with Garda Asset Management?

Looking at the minimum deposit amount indicated on the website, a minimum of 250 euros is required to start cooperation. For an improved tariff, more significant amounts must be invested.

What deposit and withdrawal methods are available?

The firm offers traditional fiat methods for transferring money: credit/debit cards and bank wire transfers. At least, that's how it's described in the user agreement. The official website's footer also features a Bitcoin icon, suggesting the broker likely supports digital currency, raising certain suspicions. Cryptocurrency allows founders to remain anonymous, and clients cannot request a refund, which is technically impossible compared to a bank transfer/card.

Is gardahf.com a legitimate website?

Legal address and registration documents are completely absent. The broker is highly secretive, with no license or business model indicated, and contact information is only found in the user agreement, specifically only an email. There is no insurance, nor representations in different countries.

Is it like roulette with no guarantee of earning money?

Collaboration with anonymous, secretive, and illegal brokerage firms is not advisable. Garda Asset Management lacks licenses, does not specify the duration of operation, and hides its registration address. There are simply no guarantees, making trading here extremely risky. This is not only related to the risk of CFD trading using leverage but also to the impossibility of withdrawing funds.

Well, it’s surprising how this broker has chosen to reveal almost nothing about its trading conditions, limiting itself to a small note on the homepage. But really, what else could we expect from an anonymous project that hasn’t mentioned anything about having a license? Expecting them to disclose all trading fees? Don’t hold your breath. By the way, they changed the address of their website, gardacapitals.com, to the new gardahf.com, which may mean problems with regulators.

    Scammers, get my money back!!!

Burn in hell SCAMMERS! Crooks, they don’t want to return the money. And not the entire deposit, but 50% of what’s left of it! I invested 800 dollars, half was lost on unsuccessful trades, and the other half is not being withdrawn. SCAMMERS!!!

Nothing interesting...what's the advantage of Garda Asset Management?

It looks so-so. Either a reliable broker or some sort of dump… it’s even hard to understand what the platform represents… out of curiosity, I registered an account, there is just a banal primitive client portal, and the trading platform is a simple webtrader… nothing interesting in short in Garda Asset Management… and I thought it was a normal broker… well, maybe you can try with a tiny amount…

I don't recommend it because it's dangerous and suspicious

How do people even trust their money to an absolutely anonymous, opaque, illegal, and unknown brokerage company? Garda Asset Management did not specify its legal address, and its official website leaves much to be desired. It’s the worst website I’ve ever seen. Zero information, lots of meaningless text, some unclear advantages, and almost unknown trading conditions. The broker indicates zero spreads, but says nothing about commissions, which is an important element. How to find out what spreads are here and whether they exist at all? Surely this is a dirty and fraudulent dealing desk that will do everything possible to prevent traders from making money because it only benefits them. I do not recommend trading with GardaCapitals. A very disadvantageous and suspicious scambroker.

    Obvious fraud

Why do scammers always set the minimum deposit bar at 250 euros? Probably, they don’t want to waste time on traders who can’t even deposit such an amount? In general, I don’t know. But I do know that Garda Asset Management is engaged in fraud.

    There's no question of fraud

GardaCapitals or Garda Asset Management, it’s even unclear how to correctly name it, call themselves the best broker, but this is not the case at all. The best brokerage intermediary will definitely tell where it is registered, what licenses and business model it has, and will provide all necessary contact details and conditions.
But here there is nothing. This project is presented in the form of some site. Therefore, there is no doubt that it is a standard fake and fraud broker.

    Give me some good advice

Hello. I am currently looking for a brokerage company for trading Forex/CFD. I have several options for opening an account, including Garda Asset Management, but I am concerned about the reliability of this firm. Can it be trusted? Has anyone here traded with them and can confirm the broker’s solvency? Or conversely, provide evidence of the company’s fraudulent activities, such as denying clients the withdrawal of funds.
To be honest, I liked the trading conditions at gardacapitals.com. Very pleasant, profitable, and they also offer many additional features and services for traders, including consultations, financial recommendations, a partnership program, and more. However, as mentioned earlier, I am concerned about its reputation and reliability. If someone can advise whether the firm can be trusted or not, I would be very grateful. I don’t want to just waste time and money. I want to choose a top brokerage intermediary right away for long-term cooperation and making money.

    Don't take any risks

Nothing good comes to mind when you see a scam site of some noname company. Garda Asset Management told nothing about themselves; they are just ordinary anonymous scammers stealing money. I don’t know how they scam people out of money. But it’s a fact, it’s an illegal firm whose task is to deceive people and extort money from them. There is no other option.
There’s an abundance of negative factors: no license, a fresh domain created less than a month ago, almost no reviews, and even the legal address is unknown. Zero guarantees and signs of safety. Don’t take the risk, there’s no point in such high risk.

I made a big mistake in choosing Garda Asset Management.

I made several mistakes. Instead of a safe and verified intermediary, I opened a brokerage account with garda asset management. And not just opened, but sent documents for KYC, and then funded the deposit with 1,000 euros.
First, my personal documents are now in the hands of some anonymous fraudsters and swindlers. Second, I lost 1,000 euros. Withdrawals don’t work, and the scammers won’t respond or contact me. It’s upsetting, sad, and painful, and I worry that my passport details will fall into the wrong hands, and I will regret a hundred times over that I gave my documents to the scam broker garda asset management.
