Company Background

The brokerage firm is officially registered in Saint Lucia under number 2023-00550 and lists its headquarters address in Beirut (Lebanon). Although the website’s domain was also registered in 2023, the company’s founder claims it has been operating in the industry for 13 years. Furthermore, the official website of this intermediary provides no information on regulatory licenses. We will thoroughly examine the trading conditions and assess Prima Capital’s level of transparency in our review of this broker. Read on to find out what risks exist here for traders.

Overview of Services and Trading Terms

Prima Capital provides its clients with the MetaTrader 5 trading platform. The firm offers a standard set of CFD assets, including forex, commodities, and cryptocurrencies. You can choose from two trading plans.

The lack of a demo version prevents traders from testing the quality of order execution at Prima Capital for free.

The Classic account, with a minimum deposit of $50, is designed for ‌beginners. The absence of commissions is offset by a wide spread starting at 1.2 pips. The Professional VIP account requires a minimum of $10,000 and promises zero spreads with a commission of $7 per lot. A risky factor is the leverage of up to 1:500 combined with a low Stop Out level of 20%, which creates a critical risk of rapid deposit loss during market volatility.

The broker mimics the conditions of ECN accounts, although there is no direct confirmation on prima-capital.com that trades are routed to the interbank market.

Despite offering Islamic accounts and a minimum lot size of 0.01, the broker does not provide significant additional services such as in-depth analytics or educational resources. However, there are active links to Prima Capital’s four social media profiles, such as Telegram and Instagram. Please note that all content consists of advertisements in Arabic, and there is no interaction with followers on these accounts.

Referral and Bonus Schemes

Prima Capital offers an IB (Introducing Broker) affiliate program. The possibility of earning commission rewards for referring clients is mentioned in the partners’ section of the website. However, the exact payment schedule (rebate) is discussed with each client individually.

As for bonuses, there are currently no active banners on prima-capital.com advertising “welcome bonuses” or “deposit bonuses.” This may be due to the company’s attempt to maintain the image of a reputable broker, as regulators often prohibit such incentives.

FAQ

Is there any income guarantee when trading with prima-capital.com?

As the company notes on its website, it does not promise customers any returns and does not guarantee the safety of their deposits.

What sum is necessary to begin dealing with Prima Capital?

The minimum deposit required to start trading is $50. This is not our recommendation — the requirement is taken from the official website.

What deposit and withdrawal methods are available?

Prima Capital states that there are several ways to fund an account, but does not disclose them. Important: crypto payments pose extra risk — they’re hard to trace and usually ineligible for chargebacks or refunds.

Is prima-capital.com a legitimate website?

We have confirmed that this broker is registered in Saint Lucia. However, this registration does not provide any protection for traders, and conducting financial activities without a license is illegal.

Is it like roulette with no guarantee of earning money?

CFD markets are a high‑risk avenue for income. In addition, working with an illegal trading platform will, in any case, result in losses for the trader.

I first and foremost pay attention to swaps and overnight holding conditions, as they are critical for carry strategies. However, Prima Capital does not disclose these parameters. In fact, there are no T&Cs publicly available on prima-capital.com. Therefore, my advice as a trader is: don’t fall for the managers’ persuasion and don’t trust flashy banners.

    Withdrawing money takes forever!

You have to wait weeks after submitting a request on the website!!!! The spread doesn’t match what’s advertised! It’s at least 1.5 times higher!!! In short, there’s nothing to do here, that’s what I’ll tell you. There are plenty of companies that operate properly.

    I liked this broker

I would call the level of service provided by this broker premium. I can reach out to my personal manager for help at any time; he’ll advise and assist me. I should note that this personal manager is a true professional who understands the financial market as well as trading. As for the trading conditions at prima-capital.com, everything here is favorable and convenient. You could say they’re above the market average. The spreads are optimal, the commissions are low, and it seems there are no fees for depositing or withdrawing funds. By the way, you can also deposit and withdraw funds using various methods. So I plan to trade with Prima Capital for as long as possible, as long as I’m ready for this kind of income 🙂

    MY INCOME IS CONSTANTLY GROWING

My personal manager suggested I buy a portfolio similar to his own. It includes shares of Adidas, Disney, and Intel. Over the past six months, their prices have been steadily rising. The gains have already reached 10–30%. The best part is that the consultation was free 🙂 I just called their call center to ask questions

I recommend taking advantage of their lucrative affiliate program

The company has developed a very lucrative affiliate program called “Refer a Friend,” which allows you to earn extra money and, for some, can even become a primary source of income. It all depends on your preferences. But I couldn’t pass up this lucrative affiliate program at prima-capital.com. First, it’s simple and profitable. Second, clients are encouraged to invite their partners to register and trade here. When a friend makes their first deposit, the client who invited them can receive up to 20% of the amount as a bonus. For deposits exceeding $10K, a fixed bonus of
$1,000. The process is simple and requires only filling out a form with the contact details of both parties! The terms are fair and transparent, and there’s no need to frequently contact managers for clarification. This is a real way to quickly attract capital for trading. Additionally, every client receives assistance from customer support. It’s important to familiarize yourself with Prima Capital’s additional rules to avoid violations. After all, everyone is looking for opportunities for themselves. I found an excellent opportunity to increase my trading capital, including through the affiliate program: the more capital your referral has, the more you can earn. From an earnings perspective, this is an ideal opportunity with simple terms.

    Customer support here is unreliable

Help is often needed because the trading platform constantly crashes. They recommend contacting customer support and promise to fix the problem, but it can take weeks. I don’t recommend this company.

    THESE ARE SMALL-TIME THIEVES

They wouldn’t even let me withdraw the last $50 that was still in my account

They won’t let me withdraw my €500!

These are scammers! They’ll skillfully lead you to significant losses, find additional excuses, and won’t let you withdraw your funds. Only use licensed and reliable brokers. Prime Capital is a company that lures money out of people and doesn’t return it!

    Friends, don’t repeat my mistakes!

Hey guys, you know I always try to stay positive, but with the broker AccentForex, it’s just impossible! They promised innovative trading tools and fast withdrawals. But in reality? I can’t even log into my account! Technical support is unavailable, and when I tried to figure this out on my own, they sent me on yet another hellish loop of forms and requests.

    SUSPICIOUS COMPANY

I was surprised to learn that this is a brokerage firm headquartered in Lebanon, but it has no licenses from either local regulators or any other financial commissions. Perhaps the company is still young and in the process of obtaining a license. However, this does not change the fact that Prima Capital currently has no license. Therefore, I do not recommend risking your money; it’s better to use small amounts, $50–$100. At least you won’t regret losing them if the forex broker turns out to be a scammer.

    I intend to switch brokers

You won’t be able to trade with them in peace. Trading is subpar; due to glitches in the trading system, trades are executed with delays. This platform isn’t right for me.

    I had a negative experience

Naively, I really wanted to make money. The guys were so polite and friendly, persuading me to invest, start working, and earn money. I fell for their trick. First, I invested $50, then added another $1,200 at the request of a Prima Capital manager, who claimed I needed to top up my account to improve trading efficiency. And then the fun began. They claimed my trade would result in losses and that I needed to immediately add $10,000. I didn’t have that much money, so they gradually drove me into losses and blocked all my accounts. Don’t fall for these scammers’ tricks. Protect your nerves and your money…

    Mixed Impressions

This brokerage firm left me with mixed feelings. Although I’m not an experienced trader and don’t know much about brokerage firms, something tells me it’s better not to invest money in Prima Capital. At the very least, you shouldn’t invest large sums that you wouldn’t want to lose. I might be wrong about how the broker operates, but it’s better to be safe than sorry.

    OFFSHORE SCAM!!!!

Any self-respecting company posts information about all its licenses on its website’s homepage. It not only lists them but also provides license numbers, links to registries, and additional details. However, if no license is listed, there is a 99% chance that Prima Capital is a scam. While there are companies that operate without a license and conduct their business honestly, they are rare and don’t last long. However, a license isn’t the only factor to consider. Another important aspect is the company’s track record. They claim to have been in business for 13 years, but the company was registered in 2023 in Saint Lucia. This indicates that they are an offshore broker!! You shouldn’t pay attention to such firms, as they are all scammers!

I’ve probably fallen for a swindler...

How long will it take to withdraw my funds? I didn’t like the trading conditions at this brokerage firm, so I found another one. I’d like to transfer my capital from this company to the new one. Meanwhile, withdrawals aren’t working on prima-capital.com. I submitted a request and was told it was successfully processed. However, that’s all. Nothing else is happening. The funds haven’t arrived in my crypto wallet, and the manager isn’t responding. I can’t even contact them myself. What’s going on? Is this a scam broker??

I do not recommend trading here!!!

It’s better to choose companies from the top of the rankings. I know for a fact that they scammed my godfather out of $6K. He told me that everything was fine at first, but as soon as he requested a withdrawal, he realized who he was dealing with. These crooks didn’t withdraw a single cent!

    Warning! Fraud!

There are no real trades on the Prima Capital trading platform; scammers draw charts and put on a show. At a certain point, they’ll tell you to gather money and deposit several thousand dollars to play big. Such a big game will end in a major failure.
