I was scammed. Beware!!! I lost thousands of AUD to this scam company. This company is registered to an England address in Blackfriars, London but they don’t exist. Their support contact numbers are fake. The drama began when I placed withdrawal that were actioned until just under 2 weeks later I got a call from supposedly higher management who then decided they would close my account, charged me fees but refused to deduct fees from the final payment to me and insisted I paid the fees of 22.3% before they released the funds which I did. Then came a scam email purporting to be from crypto.com advising of pending payment with conditions. Shortly afterwards they disabled my account. When I emailed support to advise them that I still had not received the payment they made reference to the scam email they had generated purported to be from crypto.com and they told me that my emails were a nuisance and I should stop sending the emails otherwise they I wouldn’t get the money, at the same time they hurled insults at me and demanded that I send them an email stating that there was a misunderstanding. Thankfully, I took screenshots as my evidence. My advice to anyone wanting to take advantage of their too good deals, be warned, they present to you a seemingly real platform but you have no control of how you withdraw your profits as you lack the ability to do direct withdrawals, it has to be through an account manager. Please don’t subject yourself to the stress of finding out it’s a scam when you’ve thrown your hard earned money to these heartless scammers. Beware.
