My warning to everyone: read your account agreement. I had a small amount of €280 left in my account at alchemymarkets.com. But guess what? They started charging a monthly “inactivity fee” after I was inactive for a while, until my balance was completely depleted. Additionally, there were no email warnings, nothing. Meanwhile, when I complained to ALCHEMY MARKETS support, they simply pointed me to the terms and conditions that I had agreed to. Beware – this is a predatory practice targeting inactive accounts.

I recently opened an account to test their platforms. The training materials seem adequate, and registration was quick. In addition, my first few trades went smoothly on alchemymarkets.com, and customer support responded promptly to my initial emails. However, I am extremely skeptical. The main reason I am writing this is because of the controversy surrounding this company on the internet. Because of this, I am only depositing the minimum amount. Moreover, depositing money feels like a prelude to the real test—the withdrawal process! I fully expect difficulties when trying to withdraw my own money. Now all the initial positives seem to me to be just a cover for what I suspect will be a struggle to access my funds. So I am not “impressed” with Alchemy markets’ service—I am cautious and testing the waters with extreme caution. Although I rate the trading platform highly, the company still has to prove that it is trustworthy where it really matters.

I deposited $1,800 into my account and opened a couple of EURUSD trades, without automatic closing, and then went to watch a movie. However, I saw out of the corner of my eye that these orders were being closed without my involvement. After that, I was left with $247 in my account!!! THE INTERNET HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT, IT WORKS FINE FOR ME…

I didn’t like anything about working with this broker! I started by contacting support, but the managers were quite reluctant to talk to me, and I even had the feeling that they were trying to end the conversation as quickly as possible. They say, “Sign up and you’ll see for yourself,” or “Complete the registration, you’ll be able to start working right away, and your questions will disappear on their own.” What kind of attitude is that? It’s very unpleasant, because I’ve only heard good things about ALCHEMY MARKETS, and I just wanted to clarify some details. By the way, the platform also works terribly, the connection is often interrupted, the terminal kicks me out of the trade, and I lose money. And they don’t do anything, they just ask me to leave a request by email, although they never responded to my three requests about losing money due to the connection being lost. Overall, the trading system on alchemymarkets.com is poorly designed, and you will find it inconvenient to trade here. In addition, the spreads are high, which caused me to lose $1.2K, so I no longer wish to work with them.

Although the MT5 platform and spreads are good, I am too concerned about trading with their offshore company located in the Seychelles to deposit $1,000

They manipulate the charts as they please; it’s a scam, in a word. The charts constantly work against you, suddenly starting to move either down or up when it’s time to trade.

I have been trying to withdraw my own money from alchemymarkets.com for over a month. Every time I submit a request, “compliance” cancels it, requesting another document, even though I was fully verified when I made the deposit. What’s more, I have again provided bank statements, proof of funds, and even a selfie with my ID. However, customer support just gives generic answers and asks me to wait. All this looks like a deliberate strategy to keep client funds. Therefore, I am considering legal action against Alchemy markets

It’s a complete scam; all trades here are in the red, and the candles are drawn by managers. As a result, I lost all of my $3.4K in 2 weeks 😲

The company charges completely outrageous spreads, it’s just not profitable to work with them. The attitude of the staff, managers, and support towards customers leaves much to be desired.
