Company Background

Robertson Finance Inc., which owns this website, hides its date of establishment and other facts from its history. Meanwhile, this organization is registered in Mwali, Comoros, under the number IBC HY00523519, and its registration date is 7 June 2023. In addition, this firm is licensed by MISA under number T2023294. However, reputable financial commissions do not regulate the activities of this platform.

In our CapPlace review, we will find out how safe this broker is and whether you should trade with it. Join us and you will learn the whole truth.

Overview of Services and Trading Terms

The company calls itself a ‘gateway to the world of CFD trading.’ CapPlace provides access to six markets, including forex, crypto, and other categories. You can trade over 300 instruments.

CapPlace claims to have a ‘fully functional’ mobile app, but there are no links to Google Play or the App Store.

The broker offers clients three types of trading tariffs. You can start with a deposit of £250 and use leverage of up to 1:200. Meanwhile, commissions, spreads, and other fees are not transparent. There are also no clear deposit requirements for each trading plan level. Therefore, a CapPlace manager can quote you any amount during a telephone consultation.

The brokerage company does not disclose information about the availability of ECN execution, as well as about quote and liquidity providers.

Additionally, CapPlace promises that traders will have access to analytics directly on the platform. The description of services also includes price charts, an economic calendar, market news, and technical indicators. Please note that the website interface is translated into three languages, and you can contact support via online chat.

Referral and Bonus Schemes

There is no affiliate program section on capplace.com. We did not find any terms and conditions, description of the structure, or referral links. It is likely that this broker either does not have one or offers terms of participation to clients on an individual basis.

Bonuses are listed in the user agreement. However, the wording regarding their receipt is extremely vague. CapPlace does not disclose specific conditions regarding the trading turnover required to withdraw bonus funds. This is a typical tactic of offshore companies, which usually use bonuses as a pretext to block the withdrawal of clients’ funds.

I cannot call CapPlace a scam, but it cannot be recommended for profitable trading either. Because the offshore pseudo-regulator, MISA, does not control brokers and does not require segregation of funds, deposit insurance, or real financial reporting. Therefore, the project can close at any time and disappear with clients’ money, as well as block a trader’s account or withdrawal of funds.

    Now I'm left with nothing

I entrusted this broker with more than $7k under their guarantee and promise of stable earnings. As a result, the account simply disappeared from capplace.com along with my money. I tried to dispute the transactions through my bank, but to no avail, because everything was within the framework of ‘voluntary’ payments

    An interesting brokerage project

I can confidently recommend Capplace to other users. There are more opportunities here than with other brokerage companies: a huge selection of assets for trading, the ability to use training on a demo account, and constant customer support via online chat. Thanks to the training and support from capplace.com employees, I started making my first profit after just a couple of months. Of course, it was small money at first, but then the amounts started to grow, and now I can earn $3,500 a month without much effort.

    Pure fraud.

I have never seen such a level of audacity before capplace put on a show with beautiful promises, licences and an official office. It turned out that it was all offshore and doesn’t work in Europe at all!! I invested €800, but as soon as my balance started to grow, commissions skyrocketed, spreads became unrealistic, and charts went haywire. As a result of ‘unforeseen market movements,’ my balance was reduced to zero. In other words, the broker at capplace.com simply shut down trading at the right moment, and that was it!

    I learned how to trade

I mastered crypto trading thanks to CapPlace’s demo account. Of course, at first I was put off by the bad reviews about them, but then I tried their demo account, which didn’t require me to invest any money, and I was very satisfied. Many months have passed since then, and I have been trading with real money for a long time now. Meanwhile, I can’t say that I earn a lot, but I have enough for food and utilities – a nice bonus to my main job and salary! I recommend CapPlace broker to everyone!

    Prompt support

I don’t know any traders who lost all their money and why they didn’t get a response when they complained to local support. As for me, I found the support team to be quite responsive—at first, they helped me deposit funds into my account without any problems. And then, when I made a mistake filling out the withdrawal form, they told me what to do to get rid of the withdrawal rejection without any problems. Otherwise, Cap Place is also an excellent broker, and if you know how to trade, you will certainly make money, and if you don’t, it’s entirely your fault, as the brokerage company is not responsible for your incorrect actions in the market. I recommend Cap Place to everyone!

I was sure I had found an honest broker

The company turned out to be a real thief! I worked with them for almost six months, earned good money, and as soon as I decided to withdraw funds, my account with $6,328 was zeroed out…

    Average impression

The company left an average impression, with both good and bad points. I would like to note the good work of the personal manager, who constantly advised me on how to make a profit, and, oddly enough, his advice really helped. As a result, I traded with CapPlace for over a year and was able to earn a decent amount of money. However, there is one drawback: withdrawing funds from this site takes a very long time. I always had to wait about 2-3 weeks for the money to arrive in my account… Therefore, I cannot recommend this site to you

    The managers are very pushy

The managers of this company have already annoyed me with their intrusiveness. They usually never call with their analysis when I’m at the terminal, but, you see, they can’t help but annoy me when the session on the Japanese stock exchange ends – that is, at 4-5 a.m. in my time zone. And they constantly wake me up, even though I never take the advice of CapPlace consultants. Because when I wake up and start trading during the day, the market picture is exactly the opposite!

    Beware, SCAM!!!

They withdrew the last of the money from my accounts. I lost $13.8K, which I had planned to spend on a holiday with my children. How do you explain this, Cap Place team? Your silence only confirms my fears. I will write about your fraud everywhere so that no one else falls for this scam.

    I feel cheated

As a novice investor, I was full of enthusiasm when I entered the world of Forex with this broker. However, after investing my first $500, I encountered a series of endless technical glitches and platform freezes at the most critical moments. After unsuccessful attempts to recover at least part of my funds, the company zeroed my balance, leaving me with nothing

    I started having problems

My request to withdraw $4,800 was processed, but the money never reached my bank account. Every time I try to contact CapPlace, they either ignore me or give vague explanations 🤨

    Everything was going well...

I invested $1,520 here, thinking I would make good money. However, as soon as I decided to withdraw my funds, I lost access to the platform.

    Deception and fraud

Dear broker, thank you for the training course… on how to enrich your wallet at my expense! I put $4,000 here, dreaming of a Mediterranean cruise, and ended up with a trip to law firms. Now the most romantic sunset I see is a burning monitor with letters to capplace.com technical support.

This is just an outrageous cheat!

How else can you describe a situation where a broker takes €1,320 from you, blocks access to your account and ignores your requests? And that’s it!! No money, no information…

This is a scam, be careful!!!

I invested 15% of my savings here, believing in their promises of high returns. However, as soon as it came to withdrawing funds, my account disappeared. No access to my profile, no money, no explanation. Communication was interrupted, money was stolen…

    Everything is extremely transparent

I spent a long time looking for a broker with the most transparent terms and conditions. Otherwise, everyone registers first and then finds out about the trading conditions. Here, everything was different, and it was a very pleasant surprise 🙂 I especially liked capplace’s fairly narrow spreads, which I found particularly advantageous

    My account was blocked

My money disappeared, and customer support seemed to vanish into thin air. The scammers at Cap Place pocketed $4,890, and I was left with nothing. How can you trust anyone in the world of trading after that??

    Absolute fraud!

I lost $12,500. The support operators said it was a technical problem, but it was pure fraud! My life has been turned upside down, and I feel like I’ve been robbed. This is unacceptable!
