This company has very strange and sometimes funny conditions. In fact, there is nothing to complain about, it says that the spread is from 0 points. However, the key word in all this is “from.” In fact, the spreads are insanely wide– it is impossible to trade on cginvest.com at all. In addition, there are hidden commissions that are debited from your account not during the trading operation, but at the end of the trading session 🙁 Because of these hidden commissions, I had to close a profitable position, as it automatically fell on margin due to a lack of funds in the account. That’s the whole story.

The platform is somewhat suspicious; my computer often recognizes it as a virus, and I have to deal with Cg invest support. As a result, all of this causes constant drawdowns and slippage. In addition, arbitrage and scalping are impossible here! I’m not even talking about bonuses, which simply don’t exist on cginvest.com. It seems like they’re not directly scamming people, but working with them still leaves a very unpleasant impression!

I would like to note that CG INVEST only checks documents if they have a confirming signature, as stated in the terms of the user agreement. It also states that if you do not provide documents within 10 calendar days from the date of your first deposit, you will be blocked as a tax counterparty. The point is that many customers complain that someone was blocked for violating the terms of service. As for MT5, it also works quite well, but keep in mind that it is not available on all versions of Windows, and this is not the fault of the broker, but of the MT5 developers. Overall, cginvest.com is a decent website, don’t listen to all the nonsense in the reviews.
