They promised me a 10% cashback on spreads every month, but for the second month in a row, these incentives have remained nothing but empty promises. They respond to my emails with standard form letters—claiming that my complaints are being reviewed. However, no one is reviewing anything; they’re just stalling for time. Not only that, but they also slapped on some hidden fees I didn’t even know about.

I realized long ago that this is a SCAM, ever since I deposited $250 into my account here and started trading EUR pairs, trying to make money on 5-minute timeframes. What kind of profit is that?! CIFMARKETS immediately starts manipulating people’s orders, doing everything to make sure you lose your money as quickly as possible so they can pocket it. And for those who don’t believe me, I can send you a private message with a list of the administration’s manipulations, starting from mid-January and ending in April, when I finally decided to have nothing more to do with them. The $250 I lost here because of these crooks is enough.

The trading platform suddenly freezes at the most critical moments when the market is moving. These crooks are deliberately preventing me from trading! I lost $1,600 in a single minute because I couldn’t close the trade in time due to their software. Support responds slowly and with boilerplate phrases. It feels like they’re doing everything they can to burn through my deposit. CIF Markets is a trap!

Apart from the fact that there’s a demo account, this broker has nothing else to boast about. The license is offshore and won’t protect European traders. There are plenty of other drawbacks that shed light on CIFMARKETS’ complete negligence toward clients, as well as clear signs of fraud and scams. First, the official website is very rough and unfinished: some sections don’t open, and there are errors and typos in the text. Second, the domain for this site was created in 2025, even though ACLIVE WEALTH ADVISORY LTD, the company managing the CIFMARKETS brand, states that it is registered in South Africa under number 2022/427817/07, meaning it has been operating since 2022. Third, there is no full disclosure of trading conditions; at least, I couldn’t find any information about the minimum trade size, available expiry times, and so on. Clearly, a reputable broker wouldn’t hide this. Fourth, I see many fraudulent schemes and tricks in the form of a personal analyst and assistant, as well as trading signals. It’s no secret that these are all tools designed to drain clients’ money, not to make money, as this broker presents it to us.

These crooks take all your money and then claim it’s service fees. CIFMARKETS managers come up with all sorts of tricks just to squeeze money out of you. Recently, they withdrew $350 from my account, supposedly for activating some option I’d never even heard of. Be smarter – stay away from these scammers…

To be honest, I only use the classics – currency pairs, the most liquid ones like EUR/USD or GBP/USD. Sometimes I might trade USD/JPY 🙂 I also like how the technical support works. Once I had a problem with the platform – my login and password didn’t work, and a red message appeared saying they were incorrect. Even though I entered the exact same ones as before. I wrote to tech support, received a reset email the very same minute, and changed my password. As you can see, tech support here responds quickly.
