First, I was told to wait 5 days, and I obediently complied, as this is the usual practice for withdrawing funds. Five days passed, and the money still hadn’t arrived. I wrote to customer support: what the hell?! Where is my money? I need it urgently!! However, there was no response all day. I sent about 20 emails and waited for a response from FONDS AVENUE . Finally, they got in touch and replied that I just had to deposit another $600 into my account and then everything should work out. Okay, I paid the amount and had to wait another five days to finally get my $2,800… After that,, another day of torment and attempts to write to customer support passed, but there was no response… No money either.

I lost about $710 on their fake charts, which are constantly changing and don’t allow for calm analysis. Moreover, when I write about this to customer support, nothing changes. They say, “The site is a little slow, and this happens, but don’t worry — we’ll fix everything.” However, they haven’t fixed anything even a month after my first complaint. Now I sometimes visit fondsavenue.com and see the same thing. In other words, they’ve simply found a golden niche and are making money from it, assuring traders that these are Internet problems on the client’s side.

They accuse me of account fraud, but they are the real swindlers. This has never happened in my trading history. After arguing with a friend, I decided to change brokers and find out which one of us would be luckier. Well, not only did I lose money with FONDS AVENUE, but I also lost the bet. So, they accused me of fraud on the platform and simply blocked my account, and now I can’t even withdraw the deposit that I honestly invested myself. One question: HOW did I CHEAT??? The managers still haven’t given me a proper answer to my question. They wrote in an email: “There was some strange activity in your account, and we prevented it.” Of course, that’s nonsense, because they don’t even know the answer to my question.

The transaction fees here are too high. It’s easy to deposit money into your account, but it’s not so easy to withdraw it. In other words, depositing money into your account takes seconds on fondsavenue.com, but to withdraw funds, you’ll have to wait so long it’ll make your hair turn grey…

For smart guys, this type of income is the best option, easy money will just fall into their hands. I would like to add that I was pleased with the support provided by Fonds avenue, where I immediately liked these honest guys! and I am ready to say the same thing now, because I talked to them and contacted them about various issues. Overall, everything went well, and now it is no worse than it was a few months ago. Of course, they also had problems, but every broker has them, and it’s impossible not to notice them.

I started trading with them about three months ago and decided to withdraw my funds after two months because I didn’t even have the minimum withdrawal amount. So I had to trade more to be able to withdraw money. At that point, I already knew that I would no longer be working with fondsavenue.com. Their fake charts made it impossible to succeed. I should note that all other brokers have the same chart, but Fonds Avenue draws something fake and takes a long time to refresh the page, so you can’t see the real analysis of the trade and close it in time, even if it’s a small drawdown. I was already praying to get at least something from them. Customer support did not give me any answers to my questions about the problems on fondsavenue.com, and I stopped asking them. In the end, I never received my deposit balance of £164 from them…

How often do you see brokers optimizing the interface for a platform that is understandable to everyone? Even a stupid child can figure it out. Importantly, I only had one problem, which I solved by simply reinstalling the program – I don’t know why FONDS AVENUE started malfunctioning — the charts were distorted at the time and showed one position, but in reality, everyone else had a different one, and I lost $80 when I bet on growth, but for some reason, the result was in the red. However, a helpful girl from support talked to me and quickly solved my problem!! After that I didn’t notice any shortcomings on the part of the broker at fondsavenue.com, and I don’t think there will be any in the future.

I trade with several brokers so I don’t lose everything, and I rarely withdraw money because I rarely need it. However, I just lost all $4.5K I invested here 🙃 They just don’t withdraw anything.
