The brokerage firm claims to be a legally operating British company with numerous awards. According to the site’s information, the platform has been operating since 2021 and is based in London. In addition, two photographs with biographies of managers are available in the About the Company section of the website. Although the company allegedly has a CySec license in Cyprus under number 138/11, it is not regulated in the UK.
This seems strange and raises questions about the safety of working with this broker. Therefore, we decided to investigate the broker’s trading conditions and the legal aspects of Topforex in our review.
Overview of Services and Trading Terms
Topforex encourages potential clients to start working with “a leading trading platform that will radically change your entire investment experience.” Here, you can trade CFDs on five markets, including indices and cryptocurrencies.
You can access more than 10,000 products and choose from 5 pricing options. Topforex requires you to make a minimum deposit of $250/$250K, promises spreads from 1 pip and trading commissions from 0 to $1. However, the firm does not disclose such important parameters as the number of currency pairs, leverage size, and other fees.
Additionally, Topforex offers automatic CopyTrader functionality. However, positions worth less than $1 will not be opened. It should be noted that the interface is available in 6 languages.
Referral and Bonus Schemes
The affiliate program invites you to earn $50 if your friend makes 5 trades within 3 months of opening an account. In addition, if your referral makes trades worth $2,000 or more, you will earn $1,000, and they will receive a discount of up to 30% on commissions. Please note that you will receive your reward from Topforex 45 days after the trader you invited has paid all spreads and other fees.
As for promotions and bonuses, we did not find any such offers on top-forex.org. However, the broker offers cashback on its trading plans ranging from 20% to 60%, depending on the deposit amount.

How many times have I sworn that I would not get involved with such companies, but the thirst for profit still drew me forward because I wanted to make as much money as possible. It turned out that the stories told by TOPFOREX representatives about a convenient platform, no hidden fees, and other nonsense were fake. In fact, I lost my entire deposit completely, due to incorrect quotes on Forex! All $5,500 that I had invested on top-forex.org to trade on the global financial markets. Then the managers said that I needed to invest another $1,000 on top of that to get my lost money back. No, thank you, I already understood who I was dealing with, that they were scammers.

I wouldn’t say that this broker is completely honest with its clients. A lot is kept quiet, and the broker is in no hurry to disclose the names of its owners, and the photos of the managers seem dubious to me, which, of course, is also alarming!

I would like to note that it’s not my fault, the broker draws the charts itself!!! At first, it seemed that TOPFOREX was a reliable broker, but as soon as it came to withdrawing funds, the problems began. I looked for information about the British FCA license, which every reputable and trustworthy financial company based in the UK is required to have. However, I couldn’t find anything, even though I searched long and hard for this information. Then I decided to trade with TOPFOREX anyway, because I thought I would be successful and make a lot of money. I should note that I traded EUR/GBP, USD/CAD, and a number of other currency pairs. I don’t know how it happened that they bankrupted me during a flat market, because I closed the order, but it just wasn’t executed! However, all the complaints I made to the administration about this went unanswered. So I lost my entire deposit of $340… and that was the end of my trading on top-forex.org!
